October, month between summer and autumn, month when olive harvest starts. This year olives were in perfect condition :-) We spent 3 weekends on our Plantage hanging with our friends and family, it is not easy job but goes easier in good company. Nowadays we enjoy in our extra virgin olive oil which goes great with all dishes, but especially with cottage cheese, fresh sausages and fresh mushrooms.
